DOUBLE DEBITS DUE TO INTERNAL DECEMBER ERROR

I've been having 2 loans with Nedbank. For the past years all debits went off perfectly fine. December 2025, debits went off as soon as my salary got deposited. A few days later they debited my account for the 2nd time, now leaving my account in a negative. I alerted them of the error, phones in several times as now they were saying my account is in arears. Bear in mind the 1 loan would've been paid up by end Feb 2026. Nedbank now double debited my account after I advised them that I will not be able to afford a double debit, that I will make random deposits for atleast 2-3 months in order to fix their error that now affected my credited score negatively and to top it off, when a person call their call centre, the phone just goes silent but the time is actively running. Why is Nedbank doing this man, never have I ever skipped any payment of theirs, until they themselves made this error now that my loan is almost paid up😢
