Double debits

I had arranged with Homeloans department that I was gonna pay R 4,526.64 and we agreed that they were gonna debit me that amount, instead they debited R 4,526.64 and R 3,607.08 on the 21st of July, I went into a branch in Benoni Lakseside on the 21st of July to querry this transaction but I was told that they were going to reverse the R 3,607.08 back into my account and the turn around time is 3-5 days but today is the 30th of July and this R 3,607.08 is still not credited into my Standard bank account. I haveother debts to pay and I have been calling calling your homeloans department and have been promised and promised, waiting and waiting. I would appreciate it if the R 3,607.08 is in my account today after 12:00pm. <br>
