Double Debit still not resolved 7 days later!

Nedbank double debited my home loan. and REFUSE to reverse their mistake!

Debited my account 28 Sept and again on 1 Oct. I called 1 Oct and was told to send a mail requesting the money back...and it would be done in 48 hours. 7 DAYS LATER I am still arguing over MY money.

The house has been sold and now i am told they will return MY money to me once the sale of the house has been finalised. What does the sale of my house have to do with Nedbanks MISTAKE of double debiting me????
