double debit order while under debt-review

I am under debt-review, I received double debit orders from Ned bank on the 25th of February, I called Nedbank and debt-review about the matter, I sent a document for cancellation and statement as requested by the bank, on the 25th of March 2020 i got another debit order instead of refund, due to frustration i went to the bank and i spoke to one of Nedbank's consultant by the name of Daniel, he assured me that i will get my refund for my double debit order of the 25th of February of R1784, the debit order of the 25th of March 2020 of R1784 and also the R1000 of 2019. on the 02nd of April i received 2 refunds as highlighted on the statement immediately the refund was debited (R1784 was debited). This means Nedbank was not telling the truth about refunding all the money taken, Nedbank **** about cancelling debit check as they were able to debit from the account on the 02-04-2020. i need the money I am under a lot of pressure right now.
