Double debit order

Ned bank have taken a personal loan that i have arrangement to pay a certain amount every month and they go and double debit my account twice and this is been going on for months, you call ask them to correct the and they do same think again. I have other debit order that goes out of my account and they are messing out my account every now and them... Am sick of this nonsense. <br> <br> zodwa
