Double debit on Nedbank home loan account.

This is a complaint regarding the unacceptable double debit that occurred on my Nedbank home loan account on payday, despite my account being up to date.

The erroneous deduction has caused a significant financial distress. As a result result of the unexpected second debit:

as a single mother - my children who rely on me financially for their daily school needs were left stranded. To add an insult to injury, I have been informed that it might take +/- seven working days. I find it unreasonable and unfair that I must bear the consequences of an error that I did not cause. My other debit orders were left unpaid.
