Double debit money still not reversed 5 days later

I logged a complaint on the 5th of March after Nedbank took my debit order plus another debit order on the same day I was called on the 5th to say my complaint has been received but my money has still not been returned to my account and even though I sent an email asking for update I have not heard from Nedbank since the 5th
