Double debit for my bond

Im so ****ed off, i have been double debited and ehen i reported thid yesterday the lady i spoke to yold me that dhe vould only see one payment and she asked to go to the branch. I called in again today because that money was provisioned for other debit orders now my debit orders are bouncing and im charged unpaid fees for each. Today the lady i spoke to told me that i gave to request the refund ....bathong ! Why cant they reverse it already? Guess whst? Turn around time is 2 working day to get that money back into my account and since im using non nedbank account it could go as far as the whole week. Now the question is, will they pay for unpaid fees i ve accumulated from other debits orders for this mistake they made? I have an answer they wont pay it....this is so annoying shame.
