DOUBLE DEBIT AGAIN
I have a debit order that goes off on the last day of every month, since the 31st fell on a saturday, i had nedbank consultants calling and stating that my card is over the approved amount payment due immediately. I called in at 9.20 am on Saturday to be told the debit order will be done on Monday, as 31 st is a Saturday, i was asked to speak to collections and make a manual payment.A manual payment was done, only to discover on the same day nedbank debited the amount again,as scheduled debit
