DOUBLE DEBIT AFTER ARRANGEMENT WAS MADE

On the 11/11/2015 I spoke to Portia and I advised her that I never got a salary as my contract expired and I made arrangement to pay R4K end of November as I just started a new job and I am behind with most of my debt. She agreed on the terms however on the 25th R6K has been deducted and now I am just so short to pay some of my debt. I called home loans collections spoke to Zethu who said she will request a refund of R2K however it will take 2-5 working days and it will also depend on approval. The problem is I don't have 2-5 days I need the money now to pay for my Levies. Why was the agreement not adhered to, life is not easy anymore you don't get to get a secure job anymore, for me I have been just getting contracts and if not then it becomes difficult to survive and it hurts so much when things like this happen.
