Double debit

I was double debited by Nedbank and e-mail them yesterday,received no repsonse. I e-mailed the CEO's desk this morning and still no repsonse has been receive from Nedbank at all!!!!. I know we entered into an agreement together but is this the type of service I will be receiving going forth for you? I need that money for other expenses.......
