Double debit

Nedbank I am very disappointed on how you allow debtors to just debit my Acc and m told to contact those people that debited my Acc.

I got paid on the 17th December n Mfc debit order went through. Yesterday I see another debit order of the same amount Mfc.

The next thing m told my Acc is overdrawn after I have reversed second payment…it takes the whole day for reversal in nedbank.

Please cancel my Acc so I find a reputable service provider
