Double debit.

Today I was debited twice for my Homeloan, I have spoke to 5 consultant which kept on referring back and forth and no one could assist. Finally, i was referred to specialist and told that they will only be able to refund within 7 workings. I will have unpaid debit orders because of their mistake and no money for food for my kids.
