Double debit
I phoned Nedbank this morning to query what amount I should pay on my personal loans. I received the amounts I must pay and duly paid them directly from my Nedbank Current account. Then Nedbank took an additional amount of R3051.70 directly from my account too.
I need this money to be put back into my account immediately. This is the umpteenth time that this has happened with Nedbank and I have to wait days for it to be refunded. I require an immediate refund. I have other accounts to pay. Will a relationship agent please contact me as a matter of urgency.
