Double charged on my bond

Name: Kelebogile Surname: Dialed contact: *** Email: *** I have a homeloan with Nedbank so now my problem is that it happened that Nedbank debited twice from my payslip and account on the 27 February 2023 for my bond installment which i then did a follow i was therefore told to write a letter stating my issue and produce a proof of payment then send it to them via email, which I've don't it twice personally and straight from the branch, until today no communication has been done with me regarding the reversal of the other amount instead im the one calling and doing a follow up using my own airtime, no response has been made regarding my email sent to them. I can not afford to be paying twice in one month for a bond, i have responsibilities as well, I've got debit orders which have bounced because of insufficient funds, i have to provide for my son and at home aswell, i couldn't even pay my sons monthly school fees . im even taking this further to the ombudsman
