Double Charge for cancelling unauthorised debit.
Went to Sunninghill Branch on the 27th May after realising that SSDIRECT whom by the way I don't know are debiting R99-00 out of my account without my authority. Was told a R44-00 fee will be charged to reverse the amount. since i did not have a choice i agreed bcs reasons furnished were too bureaucratic. When i requested that they should permanently cancel this debit again I was told they can only stop it for 3 months only, meaning every after 3 months i
