Double bebit order without client approval

Absolute poor customer service, pathetic to say the least. I am moving my accounts. Took debit orders twice for two months and now I must call and beg for refunds on my own money. Promised it will.be refunded within 48 hours, that was on 23 December, ITS STILL NOT REFUNDED TODAY 5 JAN 2024
