Dormant Account

After having been with Nedbank since about 1990, they have made my account dormant, as I have not done any transactions on my account since January 2017. They are now holding my account ransom and I have to pay them money to have my account released. In the meantime, while my account is dormant, they have still taken off money from my account every month as an Internet Banking fee. Great, Nedbank! You can stick your hands in the cookie jar of a dormant account, but the rightful owners are not allowed to touch their own money. They also refuse to forward me a copy of the terms and conditions that I have signed those years, and I was told by Ettienne Neethling that I cannot expect from them to keep a copy of my contract if I haven't done so. I'm worried that Nedbank doesn't seem to hold records and also because of the fact that, apparently they have access to my profile number, pin and password. My money, including a lump sum I was going to invest obviously means nothing to them, so I know they won't miss my business. However, I will withdraw all my money when I go into the bank, invest my money with another institution and spread the word about their bullying of clients. Yes, maybe the amount I need to pay to re-activate my account is not a lot, however, times that money by the amount of dormant accounts that should be reactivated, Nedbank is making quite a ****ing out of other people's hard earned money. After having been a loyal customer for about 27 years, you treated me like a ******** without any access to my money that I need NOW!!!

And you conveniently ignore my comment that you have taken money off my account for Internet Service during the time that I did not have access to the service and the fact that I asked for a copy of my signed contract and that Ettienne advised me that I cannot expect him to send me a copy if I haven't kept one for 27 years.
