Don't use Nedbank Insurance ... Terible service and affiliated service providers

Been a client of Nedbank for more than 30 years but would not recommend nedbank insurance. Just had two bad experiences back-to-back. Had a problem with my garage door, they sent me someone, who replaced it and offered to also do my front door. I paid for the front door and the guy disappeared without delivering it. I asked Nedbank insurance for details of the service provider, but Nedbank has refused to provide such. Why is Nedbank protecting a *****? Second case, I suspected a water leak about a month ago, knowing how slow Nedbank service providers are, I conducted, I first paid for a service provider to detect / confirm the leak. I then called Nedbank insurance for a plumber to conduct the repair. Service provider (ER Plumbing) did not pitch up. I called Nedbank again. Then service provider pitched up when it was raining and left. I asked Nedbank to change service provider. It was not done. And to this day, a month later, the repair is not done and I still have the leak. No follow up by Nedbank insurance to check if the job was done. I might just pay for the repairs myself. What's the point of this insurance then. Terrible.
