Worst experience ever trying to apply for a limit increase on credit card. App**** on the 9th of October and the only answer that they can give me is that the application is with their back office. This was 11 days ago. You SLA from start to finish is 3 - 5 working days.

Im going to be closing out my accounts with you as soon as humanly possible and giving my money to your competitors because this is pathetic.
