Don't use nedbank

Called Nedbank insurance more than a week ago regarding a Geyser not working. Told them I already had a guy look at it and he said it needs to be replaced and gave me a damage report. They informed me thay need to send out their own guy. He came Friday a week ago . Called Monday last week for feedback, they said they will send a form for me to complete. Called Wednesday again, said I did not get a form, they said they will send it now. Sent it on Thursday. Called again to ask if all is on order. They said they can't find a guy to do it and I must use my own guy. Sent quotation to nedbank. Called back last week Friday. Asked for feedback and they could not help me and will ask someone to call me back. Called back today because no one called me and the guy informed me that my claim can't be processed because i had a 20L and my guy quoted for a 16L.i said that is what he suggested. Waiting for a supervisor to call me back but it has already been a hour now.
