Dont use nedbank credit card for online purchases they will not protect you!!!!

Recently i purchased goods from a company called Chinavasion using my nedbank credit card, i purchased 4 drones and delivered them via DHL, the company Sent me empty packages in a large box. I even paid duties for something that did not exist.Several attempts to contact the company were made, they did not respond to my emails nor did they answer my calls. As the clauses of Mastercard states im well within my rights to open a dispute with my credit card company for goods or services not rendered. I opened a dispute with nedbank, only to receive a letter 3 days later saying i do not have a valid dispute because the transactions were secured. This i know. Upon filling in the dispute form i did tick the box service or goods not rendered. Nedbank did not investigate nor check up with the company or try to communicate with the company. As a result i am out R2700. I will be freeing of my balance of the card and will close my credit card account with nedbank as with absa credit card had a similar issue and problem was resolved within 48 hours, i rather stick to absa and be safe and secure than with nedbank. Nedbank is thee worst bank and i will be pursuing this legally.
