Don't use Nedbank Business banking unless you want to die of frustration!!!

Have been trying to make some critical business payments via the Nedbank business mobile app only to get the standard Nedbank error messages on logging in! Naturally nobody from Nedbank is available to help even though you promise 24 / 7 service to businesses!!! This has to be one of the most useless banks on the planet and time and time again we have problems with your system with a painful useless support process. Apparently someone will call be on the morning (at their convenience) while my critical payments don't get processed. I urge business owners to think very carefully about using Nedbank for any business banking services and that is coming from somebody who has had a business banking service with Nedbank for 18 years!!! Just don't do it if you want a service
