Dont use Nedbank bank accounts when travelling abroad

We went into the bank twice to activate accounts being used abroad, stuck 5 days overseas, with no cent. Bank accounts not working. No help at all from Nedbank. Absolutely disgusted!!!! Got full signing rights for my wife, they don't want her to sort this out.
