DONT TAKE CAR FINANCE WITH NEDBANK MFC!!

I have MFC vehicle finance for my car, I've paid off the car and made arrangements for my balloon payment.

I was jobless for a few months and couldn't afford the installment, I made an arrangement however the car was handed over to external collectors. I tried contacting the person that had my account ***. emailing and calling numerous times, speading over an hour holding on and couldnt get through. I emailed her and to this day she never emailed me back to make an arrangement. I emailed collections and filed a complaint weeks ago and never received a response.

I borrowed money and paid the 70% that was required of the installment to the amount of R4075. And they were threatening to repo the car to which I paid at the beginning of July. I then tried numerous times to get hold of Nombulelo to make the arrangement however she still never answers her phone and never replies to emails.

I then get another email a few days ago saying the external collectors are once again on the case even though I only have 2 outstanding installments. I've been trying to make arrangements to pay but nobody is responding.

The communication that I received and reason for handing over is that I'm uncontactable, yet nobody has called or emailed.

I've now received an sms stating the the account was handed over to some associates, however there is only 2 months installment outstanding and I've been trying to contact MFC and I apparently only allowed to speak to the person holding the account.
