Don't switch your salary

Nedbank offered me a transactional account to switch my salary, I have paid funds into the account but to date I have not received a card. I have even spent 30mins on the phone with them to have this resolved after which my airtime ran out and the call cut. Still not resolved and still no card, so no access to my funds!!!
