Don't support Nedbank!

My mom Gail Trollip had a Nedbank Go banking credit card with you guys and every month R300 was debited from her other bank account to this account. The Go Banking credit card was discontinued without informing her about it and now there is quite a substantial amount of money on that card and Nedbank is refusing to transfer the funds over to her other bank account.

The first nedbank consultant told her to download the app and transfer the money- she tried this and can't do anything because the card is expired.

The second consultant told her she has ordered her a new card and she must go to the branch to collect. She got to the branch, only to be told that they won't issue those cards because they have been discontinued. She then asked them to make a plan and give her the money from that account and apparently they can't do that either, even though the money doesn't belong to them. 2 and a half hours in the nedbank branch and then to top it all off, get told their system is offline and she can't be helped any further.

Nedbank should be ashamed of themselves. Give my moms money back to her. She doesn't want to open an account with you because your service is ****py and clearly there is no guarantee that she will get her money back. Why must everything always be a struggle with Nedbank!!
