Don’t recommend Nedbank private banking

Nedbank’s complaint department has to be the worst. I’ve been trying to get off of private banking since January I’ve spoken to two consultants and I’ve gone to the branch. My emails are ignored and all I’m asking for is my refund for monthly fees charged as promised via email. And removal of the facility.

What does a client of more than 15 years have to do to get services.

I can’t wait to close all my accounts with Nedbank because what a sour taste it has left.

Home loan division is the only department that was able to assist me in a timeously manner.
