Don't open an account - you'll never be able to close it!

Nedbank refuses to close an inactive account, but is happy to keep charging monthly fees, putting the account into a negative balance and then send you threatening SMS's.

Call the call center - no sorry you need to go the bank Sit in the bank for 3 hours - why didn't the call center help you? Oh well I've closed the account

Next day the account is still open.
