Don't know who to believe when dealing with Nedbank.

Ever since Nedbank started their new webpage I have (after nearly 40 years with Nedbank) been finding it more and more tempting to find a new bank. The latest episode - the rates on the Nedbank website are much lower than Standard Bank rates so I go to the Stellenbosch main branch to find out if rates on website are correct. (some 80km drive). There they give me a printout showing much higher rates and try unsuccessfully to load the Nedbank app on my phone. They tell me that if I put in the amount and term of investment on the website using my laptop the rates will be the same. Needless to say they are not. I chat to helpdesk and they tell me they are sorry for the inconvenience. Me too! Ask for a copy of the chat to be sent to me and initially not keen at all. Eventually agreed.
