Don't know what they are doing

I app**** for a personal loan on the 17th. Send in my documents. They had my surname as my ****en name and was asked for a divorce decree. I send in my marriage certificate.

Monday I contacted them understanding that I had to wait over the weekend. Every time I contacted them on Monday its was still under review. They could not tell me what they are reviewing. I left it there. Tuesday I contacted them again not understanding that if you apply at a branch it is so quick but online it takes so long. Tuesday I was told the whole day that its still under review and that its been escalated. Tuesday afternoon I received a phone call to ask some security questions as was told that the application will now be completed. Just before 5 Tuesday I contacted Nedbank via their app message and I was told that the application was approved and the money should not takes longer than 48 hours to pay out.

Wednesday morning I contacted Nedbank again just to confirm that everything is still on track not minding to wait the 48 hours but to make sure everything is sorted. I was told that it was not yet approved it's still on re approval and that they needed a landline to confirm my employment. Contacted my employer only to be told by him that they did contact him on Tuesday afternoon.

I went into the branch to find out what was going on and she contacted Bernadine who said that she will update this. Contacted Nedbank via the app message again now at 11 and was told yet again they can't assist me without getting a landline. Our company does not work with landlines as I work from home and all other employers including my employer is always on the road (technicians).

I have a credit card with Nedbank I do not understand why they have to go through all this channels. I don't bank with them but ALL my details are on the system already.

This is becoming very stressful as I need the money for this Friday. And I am not getting any actual answers.
