I agree with the reviews about Nedbank: One star is one too many. I am in Canada and no longer have access to my SA cellphone number. I have been trying for weeks to get someone to help me change a phone number so I can complete EFTs. My "banker" at the Sandton branch is a complete joke: She tells me that I need to physically mail her a signed copy of a document to change the number. What are the chances of that document ever reaching SA? She is pathetic and ***********, and so is everyone who replies to the emails received at ***

We constantly receive ***** warnings from Nedbank but when we try to reach out to prevent ***** they don't give a damn about helping you. Utterly revolting.
