Don't insure with Nedbank if you don't want a headache, stress and anxiety!!!

I logged a claim on my car on the 28th June after a storm damage and to this day, no one has ever bothered to call me for any feedback on my claim. Every feedback, I've had to insistently call to get it. final administration is said to have been done yet they don't want to sign off on my claim. why????
