Don't have words for this bank, Nedbank is the worst bank ever!!!!

This is the worst bank i have ever been with. I wont recommend anyone to use this bank. I have been with them for 5 years and my salary gets paid in this account for more than 3 years but they feel i cant afford to get a loan and they dont want to approve me for anything, How can i reduce my dept if they are not willing to give me a loan to settle my account. WORST BANK EVER, DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK, PLEASE!! Looks like they only help rich people and people with great credit score but they don't help the rest of the people that is trying to get there credit score up to have a better life.
