Dont have Active Credit Accc- Nedbank - Closed Off

Good day,

I don't recall having a credit card in recent times. When I dialed *120*001#, I notice and amount of - R588 as balance. Could it be that someone have my cell number?

Please assist urgently, as I have closed-off all accounts with Nedbank a while back. Regards,
