Don't give a darn about loyal customers

Waiting for more than a year to get products and services that was promised to me while I keep on sending them business. Andile in the homeloans department is the most useless person I know. Always excuses and no results. The other banks delivered in 48 hrs that they can't even achieve in more than 13 months. Absolutely pathetic!
