Don't expect Nedbank to help with unauthorised C-Card payments

I bought a product from Amazon using my American Express Card, Managed and provided by Nedbank. Amazon made a double deduction and I contacted Nedbank immediately. Their response: Sort it out yourself with Amazon or pay us an extra admin fee and we will refund you. Unacceptable. But then again, that is out financial services. Customers are just an inconvenience.
