Don't expect anything from this useless bank.
Nedbank refuse to assist me with closing an account. They tie the hands of their staff and gag them, then expect them to help customers. Is Nedbank possible the worst bank in Africa? ZERO service. ZERO feedback. ZERO assistance.

22 Jan 2025, 15:14Since my initial visit to the bank 9 days ago, I have still had ZERO feedback or assistance in closing my savings account. I am bewildered and completely flabbergasted at how unwilling Nedbank is to help and assist me. 9 DAYS!!!!
