Don't ever register your family members with Nedbank funeral cover.

I am highly disappointed by a nedbank funeral policy,I lost my mum last week,she had a funeral cover with Nedbank.I have been going up and down trying to claim her cover,until today I am waiting there's no response whatsoever from nedbank people even though I have been calling none doing a follow up.now I am stuck can't make a decent funeral for her,they telling me they haven't received any claim from the bank.I am highly disappointed.
