Don't deal with nedbank

Worst bank ever!!!! I'm so shocked or should I say disgusted with the ethics in which yourll do banking.... I have been banking with Nedbank for over 20 years and the manner that nedbank treats its loyal customers is disgusting.. I recently took out a homeloan with yourll and was happy with the rate yourll gave me.... Last month I sign the final papers which where sent back to nedbank..which nedbank approved on the same rate that we negotiated.... Couple days after signing I receive an email stating my rate has increased ....over R2000.bare in mind there was no interest rate hikes at this time.... I did phone and the consultants did understand the issue they told me it is with the admin section for rectifying... Up till today no1 has told me what's happening... I will be contacting the ombudsman and my lawyers... I have given Nedbank to sort this issue out with no joy. If anyone who is competent enough to help me from nedbank please contact me.
