Don't care attitude and pathetic banking service provider in South Africa

Nedbank service is the worst in South Africa. To switch my account, I have to call hundred times and follow up. Either Branch nor customer cares provide any feedback regarding the account change? I would never recommend Nedbank to anyone. Rather use Digital banks, they are quick and do care their customers. Pathetic service.
