DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

Nedbank people are so lazy to do their jobs and when they finally get round to looking at your file they decide it's not important enough for them to deal with so they will just keep you waiting till kingdom come.

I used to think they were better than most but it turns out they are worse.
