Don't bother to open a Nedbank account they are useless

First they blocked my main account because of a payment I received from one of my clients next they suspended my Nedbank I'd for no apparent reason so I can't log into my account or see what's happening in my account and my money calling them is for security reasons I need to go to the branch how can I go when I have no money
