Don't bother opening a business account with Nedbank

Nedbank closed my business account and now I'm waiting for my payments to come through and I visited Nedbank Vincent East London without getting help. I was told to right a letter and now it's day three I am still waiting for help, Opening a business account with them was a mistake that I am living to regret. When asking for a Manager's help is fruitless.
