Dont bank with them

Even though I have a platinum account and I get transferred to lifestyle banking and I was supposed to be receive excellent customer service or quick help as they market however its the opposite.

Poor Customer experience, They're very unhelpful, they have processes designed to not favor the customer and their customer agents from the nedbank platinum department have no ways of speaking, no manners and no etiquette. When speaking to them its as if I am speaking to a teenager from highschool, with no training and so much of attitude. Don't bank with them.

The contact agent I dealt with was Sipho from the lifestyle banking department. Worst experience with a contact center ever.
