Don't bank with Nedbank or use their ATMS

I withdrew money from an ATM on 14 December 2019. There was a R200 which was taped and not in a good condition and I couldn't go to the bank to exchange it as I was on my way for the holidays. I came back yesterday and went to the bank today to exchange the money. They refused to exchange it for me saying it is impossible for their ATMs to do such mistake. There is CCTV footage at the place where I withdrew the money which can prove my case. I'm really angry with Nedbank because this is really unfair. I wouldn't recommend anyone to bank with them after this horrible situation. R200 is a lot to me and and they don't care.
