Don't bank with Nedbank or be financed by MFC

Dealing with Nedbank and MFC is very frustrating. MFC double debited my account and then told me I'll get a refund since Monday and today I spoke to Azharl who told me they require a statement showing the transactions (this is after being told I'd get my refund today). I then request the custom statement from Nedbank consultants and they have not been sent. I am just running around for my money. Nedbank allows for reversal of incorrect debuts but that doesn't apply to incorrect debuts done by MFC you need to call and chase them daily and still achieve nothing. Worst experience ever.
