Don't Bank With Nedbank For business. USELESS

I am a business client of Nedbank, and I have a client relationship manager at Sunward Park, and I have been waiting since 18 February 2020 for bank statements which a few days ago he said he would send through shortly. Their complaints department is equally useless. They promised a 24 hour turnaround time to call me back... to this day, nothing.
