DON'T BANK WITH NEDBANK FOR ANYTHING

I am one of the club signatory members of a stokvel investment club. Since opening a savings account with South Gate Nedbank(which we are living to regret today), we have been begging for our signatures to be uploaded onto the system in order for any Nedbank branch to assist us.

The service at the Nedbank South Gate branch is appalling, to say the least, and speaking to a call centre agent to get some assistance is like speaking to a primary kid. It seems no one knows what they are doing at Nedbank
