Don’t bank with Nedbank ever..

Nedbank is the worst bank ever they don’t care about their customers at all. I opened an account for my minor son using Nedbank money app, every month the was money been deposited into that account closed to R5000, and I only found out that the account was closed and no one knows what happened to the money that was in the account.. I have called call Centre, I went to the bank and not to mention the chats I had on the app. No one was to tell me what happened to my son’s money. I will be changing banks for myself also because I can’t trust the bank which doesn’t care about my finances.
